The Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH) guides the District of Columbia’s strategies and polices around a common vision—eradicating homelessness throughout DC. The ICH had a bold vision and outlined a strategic plan to make homelessness a rare, brief, and non-recurring experience by 2020. Like the ICH, Reverb knows that homelessness has a face—it can be our neighbors, our friends, and our families. ICH came to Reverb for our expertise in human-centered design. We assisted the ICH by amplifying their mission utilizing human-centric design systems to visually support their strategies and policies. By pairing good design with impactful and pragmatic messaging, the ICH invites stakeholders to envision and create a future where homelessness is obsolete.
